Project Overview

A company required comprehensive RevOps and data analysis services. The project involved evaluating vendors, managing data integrations, and optimizing lead flow from the website to marketing automation software/CRM. Additionally, consulting services were provided, supporting market research, and migrations of lead flow to both Insightly and HubSpot to enhance marketing and sales efficiency.
