RevOps + Strategy

A company required comprehensive RevOps, data analysis, and strategic planning services. The project included Salesforce process optimization, such as field creation, rules, and data flow management for the marketing organization to handle lead flow and attribution. Additionally, the Salesforce process and lead flow for the Inside Sales team and Strategic Partnership organization were optimized. Custom KPI and dashboard development were carried out using Tableau and later Power BI. This included a company-wide initiative for global sales dashboard development and consolidation, creating a Power BI dashboard for conversion rate optimization and monitoring opportunity flow to identify potential issues or gaps that could impact forecasting and goal attainment.
